By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.1. Description of ServicesThe Site provides information about Meisterco Homes' kitchen and bathroom renovation and architectural finish work services in the markets we serve, including project galleries, service descriptions, and forms through which you may request a quote, consultation, or other contact from us. The Site does not process payments, host user accounts, or enable online booking. Any actual renovation or construction services are governed by a separate written contract between you and Meisterco Homes, not by these Terms.2. EligibilityYou must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Site or submit any form on it.3. No Professional Advice; EstimatesContent on the Site, including project galleries, service descriptions, and blog content, is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute professional, engineering, architectural, or contracting advice specific to your property. Any pricing ranges, timelines, or estimates referenced on the Site are illustrative only and are not binding quotes. A binding quote or estimate is issued only in writing, following a site assessment, and pursuant to a signed project agreement.4. User SubmissionsWhen you submit information through a contact, quote request, or consultation form ("Submissions"), you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the right to submit it. You grant Meisterco Homes a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use Submissions (excluding personal contact information, which is handled under our Privacy Policy) to respond to your inquiry and, where you separately consent, for marketing purposes. Do not submit confidential or proprietary information you do not wish to share with us.5. Intellectual PropertyAll content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, photographs of completed projects, and the Meisterco Homes name and marks — is owned by or licensed to Meisterco Homes and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may view and share Site content for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from Site content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.6. PROJECT PHOTOS ARE REPRESENTATIVE OF PAST WORK AND DO NOT GUARANTEE SIMILAR RESULTS FOR ANY SPECIFIC PROJECT.10. Limitation of LiabilityTO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MEISTERCO HOMES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100). This limitation does not apply to liability arising from a separate signed project agreement, which is governed by its own terms.11. IndemnificationYou agree to indemnify and hold harmless Meisterco Homes, its members, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Site, your Submissions, or your violation of these Terms.12.
