OUR STORY: AN OLD TRADE, REBUILT.
Homes have been built by hand since the first century. The craft is that old — chisel, level, plumb line. Passed down through generations of tradesmen who took pride in what they left standing. Somewhere along the way, that standard slipped.
We saw it happen. Crews showing up to jobs unprepared. Backsplashes left with gaps. Grout lines that didn't line up. Reveals that weren't square. Work signed off on that no one should have been proud to put their name on. The trade was still there — but the standard had gone soft. The handshake meant less. The finish meant less.
That's why Meisterco exists.
We built this company because the craft deserved better than what it was getting. An old trade — one of the oldest — had been reduced to patch jobs and cut corners. We weren't willing to accept that. So we rebuilt it from the ground up: the same steady hand the trade has always required, now backed by engineering tolerances, documented process, and a team that measures twice before the first cut is ever made.
Our team carries a deep bench of Texas A&M alumni — architecture and engineering graduates who brought a different standard to the job site. Not the standard of "close enough." The standard of exact. The kind of standard an architect holds a drawing to. That's the standard Meisterco holds every kitchen, every bathroom, every renovation to — whether it's a backsplash tile or a full structural reconfiguration.
This is where the old craft finally meets modern engineering. That's not a tagline. That's the reason we exist.

As President, Richard Meister sets the strategic direction for MeisterCo Homes, bringing decades of leadership experience to every major decision the company makes. He holds a bachelor's degree from Texas A&M University and a master's degree from Texas Tech University. Bob's steady guidance keeps the company focused on the relationships and standards that matter most.
As Vice President of Operations, Chris Reyes keeps every project running smoothly, overseeing schedules, crews, and quality from the first day of construction to the final walkthrough. He studied at Texas A&M University and the University of Houston, and has been working in the construction and renovation industry since 2003, bringing nearly two decades of hands-on experience to MeisterCo Homes.

As Director of Finance, Caroline Meister manages the financial backbone of MeisterCo Homes, keeping every project on budget and every client informed every step of the way. She studied at Texas A&M University and the University of Houston, graduating in 1995, and brings sharp financial judgment to every renovation the company takes on.
As Director of Sales, Kyle Meister leads the team that helps homeowners turn their renovation ideas into reality, guiding clients from initial consultation through signed contract with clarity and honesty every step of the way. Kyle is a member of the Texas A&M University Class of 2026, studying in the College of Architecture.
